Indonesia
Indonesia has the 4th highest population in the world and is the largest economy in Southeast Asia:

Bangladesh has the 7th highest population in the world:
Latvia
Latvia is a northern European country on the eastern edge of Russia:
Tunisia
Tunisia is great example of Joomla being used for right-to-left languages. Not only the country, but also the country's president uses Joomla (that's a teaser for later this week!)
Tonga
Tonga is another country that uses Joomla for multiple government sites, including the Ministry of Commerce.
