This is what I am trying to do:
I want to make a nested tabs and sliders. 1 tab will have a google map. Another will have a quick search. The rest will have information articles. EXCEPT for: One will be a Q&A tab with nested sliders. Each slider contains an article that has a single question and then I expected the comment form to display so users can comment and the comments stay inside the slider. I installed jcomments with another plugin called dyjcomments. That plugin pulls the comments up into the article for the express purpose of displaying the comments in a tab or slide. The great thing is it works but only on the first slider. The rest display only the article--no comments.

I suspect it has something to do the article separator. I have found a tut to bring the comments, rating etc. before the separator but before I modify joomla core files. I am hoping that you could shed some light on this. or an alternate way of getting what I need?

I'd love to help you out but I'm afraid I haven't time at the moment.

There is no reason that the comments shouldn't appear for each article in the sliders unless, perhaps, there is some javascript incompatibility with the particular method your plugin is using.

Have you explored what K2 can do out of the box for you? It has it's own tabbing method built in...?

K2 has an additional plugin called tabs and slides but it doesn't nest. So then, can I confirm that the articles WOULD have to have the comments, ratings, social icons, or even the read more... IN before the end of the article (article_separator or the display after content in content_com) for the slider to display them?

With Jcomments enabled nothing else displays in the slider except the text of the article itself.

i can't the site isn't up yet. Last night I tried a tut by jcomments but I couldn't find the code they requested.

Jcomments just told me that their code limits the comments to just one page,so I am now looking at yvcomments and something called include_comment.
