I've recently installed FAQ-Slider but have found that all of the items are expanded and no amount of clicking will change that .

I've checked the Advanced Parameters and am using native Joomla! Mootools with sliders set to start closed.

I've read through the forum and from what I can see it's a jscript issue. I have Firebug installed, but I am unsure what exact detail I should be looking for to help remedy the issue.

You have a problem because SIFR replacement is being applied to each slider title. Please disable SIFR on the page with the sliders or try to change the options on what is replaced...

Thanks for the response. First I've heard about SIFR, so I've checked the plugins etc and can find none with a mention of being anything to do with font replacement.

I checked the template (custom template by a web company) and commented out a couple of include js files that had SIFR mentioned.

However, still no luck - sliders still appear expanded.

Once again, appreciate any suggestions.

BTW; NZ doesn't feel fair and lovely during the fall, at least in the part of the country I'm hiding in. Wet and gray is more apt a description. - although I hear it's fair and lovely elsewhere.
