Do you have another plugin which uses {faq}? That may explain your error message as that is nothing to do with FAQ Slider. Also, your code/article looks absolutely fine.

Yes you were right I had cdfaq from core design installed. Well sorry to bother you.

But the syntax {faqslider} was also not working in previous version.

Also I was using the cdfaq plugin in one article now how to use that?

I got both the plugins working.

Unless you have to I would definitely advise you to cut down your plugin use. CDFAQ, TDFAQ and Yoo-accordion all on one site is a bit much. You need to choose one and run with it otherwise you are making the site overly complicated and including more javascript and css than you need (= slower site)
