Hello all!

I've been using this plugin on my website for months, and gave me no big problems at all, good job!

I was made webmaster of another website, and the first webmaster already made articles, menu's and installed plugins, I just have to make the rest and fix bugs. I've tried to install FAQ Slider there too, but unfortunately I found out a lot of issues, I hope you can sort them out.

First off, I've had the known login issue: FAQ Sliders are not hidden while browsing unlogged, if I login I can see it working. In the other topic it was suggested that mootools doesn't load, and the template was a problem. Actually in my website it seems enabled, but I still don't get why it just doesn't work while unlogged. I made the template too with Artisteer, so I don't need to contact anybody for the template, just in case it's the problem (I doubt it).

Then I have had another issue, when I login the page returns an internal error, I've tried to seek informations and I found out that JoomSEF causes some incompatibility issues with some plugins, and FAQSlider seems one. I've tested the direct link bypassing JoomSEF and the page gave no error anymore (but still gave the other bug), so JoomSEF is one problem. This is the reason I will send you a mail to have the test version reported in this post.

My first impression is that there's some plugins that bother your plugin, for example I couldn't make a link open a page in a new window because of HTML Purifier plugin. There's a long list of plugins, so I will write them here just if you need them.

The issue with sliders or tabs isn't really a login issue. It is a javascript error coming from something that is only breaking when you're not logged in. On your site please investigate this from your head: It appears to be breaking your javascript.

JoomSEF incompatibility is still being tested/fixed but bizarrely this appears to be a base programming problem rather than a FAQ Slider issue. See this post

I am not familiar with HTML Purifier but by the looks of it the library itself strips out the window target so not a FAQ Slider issue I'm afraid. See here.

Alright I disabled OpenID and it worked fine, as for the 404 error, The beta version you sent me is working like it should, a really big THANK you and good job!
